Bobby L. Carrico 1935-2015
80, of Newcomerstown passed away Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015 at Riverside Manor
Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was born Sept. 18, 1935 in South Point
to the late Rev. J. Donald and Helen M. (Woodruff) Carrico. He was a 1954
Newcomerstown High School graduate. He was an Army Veteran. He was co-owner
of Bob and Jim's Shell and owner of Carrico's Citgo. He was a member of the
Newcomerstown Church of the Nazarene. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed
fishing.
On Nov. 17, 1954, he married Faye (Quillen) Carrico, who survives. He is
also survived by his children, Cheryl Bordner and husband Ronald, Debbie Nay
and husband Mark, and John Carrico all of Newcomerstown; grandchildren,
Deana (Jeremy) Parfitt, Luke Bordner, Amy (Cory) Brandon, Andrea (Derek)
Booth, Robby Nay, Quinn (Missy) Carrico, Cayla (Cody) Ames;
great-grandchildren, Kenslee and Kaelyn Brandon, Aubree Booth, Addison and
Dyson Carrico, and Cohen Ames; his brother, Gary (Connie) Carrico of
Ironton; sister-in-law, Pat Carrico of Hernando, Fla.; and former
daughter-in-law, Sharon Carrico of New Philadelphia. He was preceded in
death by his brother, Donald Ray Carrico.
Funeral services will be Monday, Dec. 28, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Addy Funeral
Home with Jim Tufford officiating. Burial will take place at West Lawn
Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, December 27, 2015 from 5 to 7 p.m. at
the funeral home and one hour pryor to the service on Monday. Memorial
