Thomas F. Carrico Jr., 66, of Paducah, formerly of Mayfield, died at 7:15
a.m. Friday at his home.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mayfield, retired from
General Tire and Rubber Company, and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam
War.
He is survived by two sons, Thomas F. Carrico III of Mayfield and
Christopher A. Carrico of Metamora, Ill.; his mother, Lucille Elizabeth
Garland Carrico of Mayfield; four brothers, Robert Carrico, Phillip Carrico,
Craig Carrico, and John Carrico, all of Mayfield; three sisters, Sheila
Walden of High Springs, Fla., Cathy Carrico of Mayfield and Joanie Watson of
La Center; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Stella L. Miller Carrico; a daughter,
Ann Michelle Carrico; and his father, Thomas F. Carrico Sr.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church
in Mayfield. The Rev. Eric Riley will officiate. Burial will be in St.
Joseph Cemetery.
