Oma Clyde Carrico was the eldest daughter of Elbert and Elizabeth (Alford) Carrico
and was born in Wythe County, Virginia in 1896. She married Lloyd Evans in 1914
in Stanton, Stanton Co, Nebraska.

Funeral Monday At Plainview for Mrs. Lloyd Evans
Mrs. Lloyd Evans, 71, Pilger, formerly of Plainview, died
Friday night in Plainview General Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Stark
Valley Methodist Church near Plainview. Burial will be in
Hillcrest Memorial Park at Norfolk.
The body will lie in state Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m. at
Ashburn Funeral Home in Plainview.
Survivors include the widower; four sons, Bob of Plainview,
Albert of Pierce, Harry of Kansas City, Mo., and Harold of
Coppers Cove, Tex.; four daughters, Mrs. Ida Flesner and
Mrs. Pearl Sputman, both of Norfolk, Mrs. George (Peggy)
Flesner of Plainview and Mrs. Elsie Pojar of Springfield, Mo.,
a brother, Steven Carrico of Yakima, Wash., and two sisters,
Mrs. Blanche Nicholas of Norfolk and Mrs. Carl Stann of
San Francisco.
She was preceded in death by three sons.
