Both 23andMe and FTDNA have, over the years, upgraded the chip they used to take their
autosomal-DNA test. Sometimes these chips were compatible (tested the same locations);
sometimes they were not. I'm afraid it seems your results are not compatible with the
FTDNA database.
One thing you can do is upload your 23andMe results to GEDmatch. Here's an
explanation of what GEDMatch is and how to use it:

The other thing you can do is take the FamilyFinder test at FTDNA. I know it's a bit
redundant to do so, but I was in the same boat. That is, I had taken the 23andMe test
before the FF test was available, so I ended up uploading my results to GEDMatch, then
taking the FF test at FTDNA, too.
23andMe and FTDNA have different algorithms and different population databases for
determining origins, so it's interesting to test at both. My results are slightly
different at the two companies. Fortunately, FF is not an expensive test.

Here is the exact message I get when I attempt to upload at FamilyTree DNA
* We only accept autosomal raw data files from Ancestry DNA & 23andMe V3 (sold
from about Jan 2011 to Oct 2013).

I attempted several times, but got back a message it only transfers results between a
certain date range up to 2011, and my testing fell outside that period. So, i am not sure
what's up there.
