Welcome to the internet. Nice to hear from you. My father's ship stopped in
NZ on its way to Australia in WWII.
My genealogy database tends to trace back from America to England and Ireland,
but doesn't pursue the line there. I have info on Carrs from Australia and
Canada, too. Nothing on NZ, however. The aunts from Canada are a possibility.
If you have names, I'll take a look. Maybe they are Carr aunts, maybe not.
I recommend joining the Carr Discussion List, in Rootsweb. You can post your
queries and make people aware of your interests. It's free and it can't hurt
to make some connections.
