Hello Terry,
I am a Carr descendant who has run into a brickwall trying to find
information on my 4G Grandfather.
His name is: John "Jack" Carr
Born : 10/10/1801
Place of birth : ??? Rutherford Co NC or KY or TN ???
Married: 3/1822 Lauderdale Co. Ala.
TO: Elizabeth Womack
I have never been able to discover any information on him before
his marriage to Elizabeth.
At the time of their marriage, Elizabeth's family was living in
McMinnville,Warren Co. TN.
Their marriage took place at Elizabeth's brother, Nathan Womack's
house in Lauderdale Co.Ala., which is also, where John & Elizabeth
set up house and raised their family.
Any Help you can provide where John is concerned will be greatly
appreciated!
Melinda Massey
