I did a search on Ancestry and found a Samuel Carr 37 with his wife
Nancy 30, with a daughter Elizabeth born 1850 she was 6 months old, the
other children are James 8, William 4, Nathaniel 3, and a William Carr
22 born Alabama, who was probably Samuels brother. This census was taken
Sept 3, 1850.
Do you have the information for William White on the 1850 census?
Let me know what you think.
I sent a message to your email address and it bounced with this message

On the tombstone of my gg Grandmother is the name Molly E. Carr White. She might have
also been known as Mary. She was born August 7, 1845, died Feb. 13, 1895 in Winston
County, MS. She married William M. or William B. White who was born Feb.6, 1836. They were
married August 1, 1872. She is buried in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery in Winston County,
Ms. He is buried in the White Cemetery in Noxubee County, MS. I hope someone can give me
information on Mary Carr's lineage of William Whites. Thanks
