Looking for Information about Asa S. Carr. Is he related to Calvin? Have you found any

Erva J. Mallory was a life long resident of Albion, Mi.. Among other offices he served as
County Sheriff, and as City Manager and was Postmaster from 1923 until his death. He wife
writes: "He was one of the finest, most honorable men, who ever lived, and was
called, 'the best loved man of our city'. He was honest, loyal, true; very much
like his dear mother. He had inherited a good deal of his mother's gentile, sweet
ways. I loved her dearly and we were always as mother and beloved daughter. The name
Mallory is honored and respected throughout this community.
On Sept. 19, 1942 in Rolla, Missouri, Donald Erva Mallory married Marjorie Louise Anderson
