I don't beleive that John C. Carr, born in 1826, had a son Tillman, born in 182? Look
at Don Norman's Files for a complete listing of the James Peyton Carr family.

Hi Jeff Carr 58
How are you related to the Carrs. Do you live in the U.S.?
The info you sent that John C. Carr and Ruth Ann Rolyson Carr are the parents of
illman Carr is what I have but
he birth dates don't jive. I have John C. Carr's DOB as 4-2-1846 and Ruth Ann
arr's DOB as 7-30-1848. Then with Tillman's birthdate of 8-18-1824.
Do I have the wrong birthdates?
Tillman Carr is my great grandfather, DOB 8-18-1824 as being born in Ohio and
ied 8-20-1890, married to Caroline Virginia [Beckett] Carr 5-20-1851. They
ere divorced (don't have a date). They had 8 children - one being Floyd I.
arr, my grandfather, and father of my mother, Susan Caroline [Carr] Nolze.
We are having a Carr/Nolze Reunion this coming Sunday and
have made a booklet regarding the Paternal Ancestry of
he Carrs but when going over the dates, something just didn't seem right.
I have James P. Isaac Carr DOB as about 1768, married to Elizabeth [Lemmon]
arr.
Their son, James P. Carr DOB as 4-29-1794, married to Rebecca Martin [Bogg]
arr.
Their son Andrew Carr DOB as 1825 married to Sarah "Sally"
Young] Carr.
Their son John C. Carr DOB 4-2-1846 married to Ruth Ann
Rolyson] Carr. And then Tillman Carr as their son with DOB as 8-18-1824.
Do I have the correct dates? I really want to have the correct information for
ur Carr/Nolze Reunion. Anthing you can give me, I would appreciate it.
I don't know if we're allowed to write to each other, but I would like to. I
ive in Whitehall, OH, a suburb of Columbus, OH. If you know we can write to
ach other, let me know and I'll send you my e-mail address.
Thanks so much for what you sent to the Message Board.
