I believe that Ira, Lewis, and Asahel also had a sister named Hannah who was born abt.
1805 in NH. She is my gggg-grandmother and married Andrew Alford. They are buried in the
Old Cloos Burying Ground, Chatham, Tioga, PA.

Hannah and Andrew are also listed in the 1850 Tioga census. Hannah and Andrew had 3
children: Mary J., Lovina m. Albert Covell, and Hannah (1848) m. Jacob Henry Becraft. With
these two Hannah''s in place, it does make sense that Asahel Carr's (1775)
wife was a Hannah. There is also a Becraft family listed in the 1850 Tioga census. The
Becraft's are Dutch, but were more culturally immersed into the German heritage and
have strong ties to the Lutheran religion. It seems as if this 1850 Tioga census has many
German last names. I know the Becraft line fairly well because that is my mother's
maiden name. It is interesting to here about the native American history. Almost all
native Americans have negative o-type blood and my Becraft family was always wondering how
that became so dominate in our line. Has anyone sorted out the Yarnell line or confirmed
the Sanders Carr and Sarah Page line?
