Is it possible that Robert Carr and Agnes Craig Carr might be related to this group of
Carr's? This is the info I have on this family: Robert Carr died in Marion Indiana on
07 Apr 1833 at the age of 75. It was reported that they moved there to be with their
children from Chester Co., SC. Robert was 2 years old when he came with his parents to the
U S. Robert Carr entered the Revolutionary War from Augusta Co., VA March 1780 &
served 7 months off and on until March 1781. After the Rev. War he lived in SC until 1830,
moved to Franklin Co., Indiana and later to Marion Co., Indiana about 1832. I have no
birth or death dates for his wife Agnes "Nancy" Craig Carr.
South Carolina Roster page 149, Robert Carr, He served in the militia during 1779
