Couldn't help but notice that your Carr family is from Sheridan. So is mine. I'm looking for a Hugh Carr who married a Loucinda Tackett and who had a daughter named Mary that married a Thomas Jefferson Brewer. Thomas and Mary's son, Benjamin Harvey Edward Brewer, married Lucy Parolee Edmondson. Harvey (as he was known) and Lucy had a daughter named Mary E. Brewer who married a William Mack Puckett. Mary would be my gggrandmother.
I realize this is an old post, but I am just now starting my reasearch of the Brewer/Carr/Tackett side of my family. If you can help, let me know.

I am pretty sure it is from my Grandmother's side. She was Ethel Armishaw nee Robinson. May not mean anything but it was strange reading this when we were just talking about it.
If you know anything please let me know.
