I am trying to confirm parentage and siblings of Robert Wiley CARR, b Oct
1831 MS. I have part of his children that I know are right, some I'm not so
sure. He married Jennie HOLMAN?. His children were:(1) James Wiley CARR, b
Oct 23, 1868 in TX d 1952 Fletcher, OK, m Athie Ruby DANIEL(s) b before
1892 d Indian Territory after Aug 1899. (2) Robert Wilson CARR, b Jul 19,
1883, d Sept 26, 1953 m Lydia Elizabeth WOFFORD (3) Julia B CARR b Nov 1885

TX, d Nov 26, 1949 in CA. m Mary Francis ELKINS, Nov 9 1908 in Belton,
Bell, TX. Other possible children include Jammie CARR, Jessie CARR, Lizzie
CARR, Mae CARR, Pearl CARR and Tozey CARR. With what we can find in Census
& such, and family stories, I very confused about the latter children.
I have as tentative parents John CARR, b 1801 in AL or TN (have found both
on separate Census records, m Jane ???, b 1811 TN or 1815 MS.
Children living with them during two separate census in TX are (1) Robert,
b 1831 (2) Elizabeth b 1837 (3) Maria b 1838 AR, (4) Martha b 1840 AR (5)
John E b 1852 TX and Mary b 1854 AR. Could there be others?
I hope someone can help with this.
Thank you ahead of time.

Marvin,
There is little in the KFA database, but what is there might be your kin. You
asked about a Nora Carr whose father was James Carr. There is a Nora James
Carr in North Carolina about the right time. This information is Kerr Family
Association Line No. 1788. I will try to establish related lines by
cross-checking the names in this line against others.
