At one time, I had the original when I was publishing the CARPENTER
CHRONICLES but no longer have a copy. Terry Carpenter might have copy but
if not, I believe that I sent it to the Family History Library in Salt Lake
City as they were on standing order with all my publications. If they have
it, it would have been microfilmed and therefore can be gotten from any
Family History branch library on loan.
Sorry that I don't have my copy as I would have been happy to do a look-up.

Subject: [CARPENTER] "Some Descendants of Jonathan Carpenter of Still Run"
book
I've seen online references to the book "Some Descendants of
Jonathan
Carpenter of Still Run" by James Carpenter. I did not find it at a Lib. of
Congress online search. Is this the correct title and author? The only
James Carpenter book they had listed was "The Carpenter and related family
historical journal".
Does anyone have a copy of the Still Run book that could look up how/if
Benjamin Sam[p]son Carpenter (b NC? ca 1770, d AL ca 1836-40) relates to
any of the Jonathans of Still Run, Spotsylvania Co VA and maybe later NC?
Benjamin married Millie/Milly and had children in SC and later in Dale Co
AL.
Clayton Gene. Library doesn't list it in their online catalog either.
Thanks,
Rick Carpenter
