regarding Weltha's will:

Philip Stevens' Last Will and Testament:
In the name of God, Amen, I, Philip Stevens, of the town of Ledyard, in the
County of Cayuga and State of New York, of the age of seventy-six years, and
being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my last will
and testament in manner following - that is to say:
First - I give and devise to my wife, Weltha B. Stevens, the equal,
undivided one third part of all my real estate, situate in the Town of Ledyard, in
the County of Cayuga and State of New York, consisting of two pieces or parcels
of land, one of which said pieces is bounded on the North by land, owned by
Daniel Gifford; on the East by lands owned by John Beard; on the South by
lands owned by Peter Hopper, Jr; and on the West by lands owned by Isaac
Carpenter; the other of said pieces, containing three acres of land, being the same
conveyed to me by George Dunlap and Sarah, his wife, by Deed executed the
Ninth day of March AD 1860, which said Deed is recorded in Cayuga County Clerk's
office in Book 101 of Deeds at page 176; to have and hold the equal,
undivided one third part of said real estate, above described, to the said Weltha B.
Stevens, her heirs and assigns forever.
