Eleesa,
I believe it is important to run different forums for information. While ideally one
single option sounds good, it does not work for everyone.
At this time while Facebook is showing a strong showing, and it deserves a place, the
email forums of Carpenter Rootsweb (as long as it lasts) and Carpenter Cousins Google
Groups seem viable also.
Everyone is different and that is good. Otherwise imagine how boring life would be!
The key is that teamwork and cooperation is far better and makes less mistakes than
individuals. Remembers that individuals in their varied diversity, participation and
activity make up the team.
Often associated with American President Abraham Lincoln, but far older than he*, is the
phrase: United We Stand. We as Carpenter Cousins, as a free people and as citizens united
in our varied lands will always do better standing together in our common beliefs. I see
it as global teamwork!

I now run a world wide Carpenter One Name Project through the Guild of One Name Studies.
The Carpenter Cousins Project (the old CD Project), Carpenter Cousins Y-DNA Project,
Carpenter-1-Name Project (all types of DNA) are all North American centric with many roots
in Europe. This forms the basis of the global Carpenter One Name Project.
Best Wishes!
