On my Dad's side, (double Carpenter):
Harriet Wells Carpenter was much taller than her husband, Theodore Julian Van Horn.
Their daughter, Amey Doris Van Horn, was at least 5'8"
My dad was 6/4"
My brother is 6', I was 5'7" until back surgery
My daughter, Shannon, is over 5'7" at age 15 and still shooting upward!!

As John R. said there are short, tall skinny ect. My oldest son is thin and
