Robin,
Recently FTDNA has had server errors, not all but some. As they update the server, this
occasionally and temporarily takes people off the match list then puts them back on.
When this happens the FTDNA system thinks it is a new match.
Imagine over 330 people in our group getting new matches every now and then. And all new
matches are of course also sent to me. <sigh>
I would ignore all but the 37 or higher matches.

Hello JRC:
Today I received an email notice from FTDNA, saying " We found 1 new Y-DNA12
match(es) for Robin Carpenter "
But when I clicked through to the FTDNA web site, I saw nothing new. (All the
matches showed a match-date from back when I first joined.) This may mean that the
incoming e-mail is just a promotional prompt, or it may mean I just don't know how to
navigate the FTDNA site to find the alleged new match.
Any advice?
Robin
