I have a large stack of replies to my original UFO inquiry about John T.
Carpenter. Thanks to everyone who answered. I received some very good
leads too. We need to have some humor every now and then. However,
after a couple of years of looking and learning how to search, you still
come up with positive aspects of your research. Granted, I have not
found the parents of my great-grandfather, but, I have eliminated or
reduced the list of possibilities down quite a bit. When I do find his
ancestors, I will have learned to better respect professional
Genealogical Researchers. I may turn to them yet. Any suggestions on a
good person to tackle this task in the North Carolina and Georgia area?
If it turns out that he was brought here by UFO, I'll have to get a copy
of "Leister's Reunion Genealogy Software", as it is supposed to have a
child status button labelled (alien abductee), no kidding, wrote one
answer to my E-Mail.
Again thanks a million for the responses. This is a terrific list.
