Continuing with the lines of the children of Templeton "Temple"
CARPENTER and Hannah NEWTON:
A number of people have posted in recent months with unconnected
CARPENTERs in northern and central MS in the 1800s. Some of these
CARPENTERs may fall somewhere in the lines of Temple and Hannah's fourth
son Martin who settled in Yalobusha and Calhoun Co. But for all I know,
all Martin's children may have gone to TX (do not have anything more on
them). In any event, hope this data helps someone:

Note: This family may be certain but have not seen the proof. The
children's births do not all correspond to census reports but that does
not necessarily mean anything. I still wonder whether some of these
children were not nephews and/or nieces to Martin. Would be grateful if
anybody could verify any of this in any way.
