I have had it pointed out to me that I made a grievous error in
my posting regarding Abigail Carpenter Titus and her remarriage
to Jonah Palmer, Sr.. This error involved misquoting the work of
our highly esteemed Carpenter lister Eugene Cole Zubrinsky.
I wrote:
"Jonah Palmer, SR. married Abigail Carpenter TITUS, born 1629,
in Rehoboth 9 November 1692. (See the TAG article by Gene
Zubrinsky, quoting the James S. Elston book for documentation,
also Rehoboth VR 1:95.
I had Eugene Cole Zubrinsky's article in front of me as I wrote.
Evidently I mistook footnote (66), for footnote (68), which I
mentioned in error as the source he used for this marriage.
Please take careful note of this correction:

We must all try our very best to rise to Eugene Cole Zubrinsky's
level of excellence, and it certainly does him, and his superb
research, a grave injustice to be misquoted.
My apologies to all, and particularly to Mr. Zubrinsky, for
having thus fallen short.
