Greetings,
I am not related to you but I've come across something that might be of interest to
you.
As a hobby and as a favor to other genealogists, I match the genealogy in old family
bibles for sale on Ebay with family trees on
Ancestry.com. Today I made such a match with
your tree.
This particular Bible appears to have belonged to Stephen Carpenter, husband of Philanda
Heath and Catherine Boright (not positive about spelling of Catherine's surname, but
that's what it looks like in the Bible.)
The Bible includes the following information:
Stephen Carpenter married Philinda Heath on June 7, 1795
Asa Carpenter born Sept. 24, 1796; drown on May __, 1823 (exact date difficult to read)

Edwin Carpenter born Jan. 29, 1801
Stephen Philinda Carpenter born July 9, 1803
Stephen Carpenter Jr. born Aug. 19, 1805; died Dec. 3, 1875, age 71 years, 3 months, 14

Harriet Carpenter born Sept. 15, 1814
Jane Carpenter born June 11, 1817
Cloe Carpenter born June 25, 1820

There also appears to be quite a bit of genealogy on the Bickford family, most of which is
too light for me to attempt to transcribe. However, Jane Bickford, I believe, was the wife
of Stephen Carpenter Jr. So I deduce that this genealogy is from her family. It might very
well be, too, that the Bible -- either originally or eventually -- belonged to Stephen Jr.
and Jane.
I transcribed this the best I could but I cannot vouch 100 percent for my accuracy. I
would suggest you view the pages your yourself by going to this Ebay link:

The Bible was published in 1846 and the deadline for bidding -- if you're interested –
is Oct. 23 at 10:07 Pacific time (1:07 p.m. Eastern time). Current bidding is at $23.49
though that might change by the time you read this. Based in their bidding history, those
bidding on it appear to be collectors/dealers.
FYI: I do NOT own this Bible, do not know the seller and in no way will I profit from its
sale. I do this as a favor to other genealogists in an attempt to help preserve the
genealogy bibles like this provide and, if it works out, to reunite the Bible with its
proper family.
If you don't want to bid on it, you can always download the pages for your records.
I hope this is of some help to you.
Blessings,
