hello Rob ~ John & Martha Caron are also the parents of my ancestor Nicholas William
Caron b: London 1805 & christened at St Ann, Blackfriars 11/5/1806. I too am searching
for my ancestor in 1841/51/61/71 census but they seem to have vanished. However (if you
haven't yet been told) John Emerson Caron was buried 9/8/1835 at St.Ann,
Blackfriars,London(age 59). Address at death 'Printing House Lane' London. Martha
Caron (nee Edwin) was also buried in the same church on 10/9/1828 (age 51). Address at
death 'Shoemaker Row' London. Info from City of London Burials - parish records
collection on
FINDMYPAST.COM. I am led to believe that John (Jean) Emerson Caron's
father was also a Nicholas Caron b: abt 1756 but I have nothing prior to that. Have you
also tried the LDS Website for England, there are quite a lot of Carons from England &
France on that. Good luck and if you find anything abt my Nicholas William Caron - pse
pass it on! thanks.
