Kymm,
I noticed you have a Willis Gerstle Carney listed. Do you know if he was
named after someone? The first name Willis is very common in my Carney
line. Just wondering if there might be a connection.
Kathy

Subject: [CARNEY-L] Bud "Puddles" Carter
Hi All!
Hoping someone will recognize one of my ancestors. I have found Bud
"Puddles" Carter, wife, and children in the 1900 Census in Jackson County.
Any light that can be shed on any of these Carter's (parents, spouses,
children, dates...) would be helpful. Also hoping to find James H.
Carney's
parents. My grandmother (Mary Gladys Carney) believes his name was
Matthew,
but I have come up empty. I did find James on the 1900 census, aged
14,
boarder. So I'm still stuck there! I do have more info on the Carney
line
if anyone is interested. Posting to several lists. Advanced apologies
if
you
get it more than once!
Thanks,
Kymm
