Can't help with this sorry. I am searching for Carney family from Clonoulty
Parish, County Tipperary. I'm curious if you know how common the name
"Carney" was. Often people tell me I may have it wrong and it should be
Kearney, but I don't think mine are.

Subject: [CARNEY-L] Bridget CARNEY, Cavan Co., Ireland
=================================
At the LDS website, I came across a Bridget CARNEY who was born 27 JUL
1874 in Cavan County, Ireland. Her parents are Philip CARNEY and Rose
Ann CORRY.
==================================
A relative of mine, Patrick FARRELLY
born 21 JUN 1874 in Drumcole Townland, Cavan County, Ireland married a
Bridget CARNEY on 24 SEP 1902 in Ireland.

I`m hoping that the Bridget born in 1874 is my Bridget CARNEY. Does
anyone have any further information about Bridget CARNEY? Is anyone
researching the CARNEY surname in Cavan County?
