Sorry to hear that. You sound like you're having as much luck as me. My family
has all gone mute also.
Keep in touch,
Connie

Well, Rita Margaret Carney was born in 1918 in NY, not sure where
though. She was married in 1936 in the Bronx to Arthur Wright, they had
a son(my father) in 1937, then divorced in 1941. Her last known address
is 856 Cauldwell Av., Bronx. That's all I have. Does it ring a bell?

Oh, okay. I am glad I could help you out. Let me check something else out
for you to be able to check into. Do you happen to know where they are
buried?
I can also look for you David. I am from the Buffalo area of New York, and I
have family in Friendship and Cuba, New York. If I come across anything I can
let you know what is your email address?
I am also trying to do my mother's side of the family also. I was able to
get some information about my grandmother just yesterday. So I have written
to the local newspaper there where she was buried to get her obituary. I
don't remember when my grandfather died but hope I can get his obituary also.
I am looking for Carney's in and around the Bronx. Do you have any?

It doesn't sorry. I haven't really found out too much as yet. I can't even
get information when my Grandpa Carney was born or died or his parents name
from my own family. So I am searching on my own. I am hoping to get a copy
of his obituary from the newspaper it was posted in so I can get that
information. So once I get more information I can let you know if the names
you gave me show up in anything I have gotten.
Let's keep in touch, as to locations of the Carney family, two heads just may
be better than one. Thank you for the information. I will certainly look at
it.
I will save your email, so in case I see the names, I can at least pass it on
to you okay? By the way, do you know where we can get the genealogy forms?
I have seen them on some website, but can't remember where.
Don't know yet, I have just started the Carney line. Our Hannah Carney
married a Frink in New York, so at some point our Carney's were in New York,
but I don't know much more than that right now.
