You are spelling her name as "Jinkins". I thought it was Jenkins?

Sorry about that Darrell,
Her name was Mary Ann Jinkins.
She married Asa Monroe Ivester. He died
She married David Solomon (I left that name out, sorry). He died.
She then married James Newton Carnahan.
Quite a line up isn't it.... <g>.
Now.... for the rest of this mixed up story.
John Wesley Ivester who was the son of Asa Monroe Ivester and Mary Ann
Jinkins
married
Margaret Emily Carnahan who was the daughter of James Newton Carnahan and
Leo
Dicia Johnston.
John Wesley and Margaret Emily Carnahan are my grand parents.
AND
Joseph Pennington Carnahan, son of James Newton Carnahan and Leo Dicia
Johnston
married
Laura Elizabeth Ivester, daughter of Asa Monroe Ivester and Mary Ann
Jinkins.
AND
Mary Ann Jinkins Ivester Solomon married James Newton Carnahan and they
then
had 5 more children.
So.... the father of one family married the mother of the other family.
And... two of the children in each family married each other.
AND.... we have quite a neat family reunion each year with the descendants
of
these three marriages...... <g>.
Take care - Emma
