Hi Jeff,
Glad you were able to find the information you needed. If you,
or anyone else, needs any other information on this line, I will
be happy to share what I have compiled on it.
As Bobby V. Carnahan said in his message, Bible records are
the one primary source we are having trouble obtaining. Because
of this, they become one of the most valuable aquisitions of
any genealogist. Would it be possible to get xerox copies of the
vital records pages from this Bible? Costs for copies and mailing
and time will be repaid if full. I can then archive the copies I get
and pass the information along with any requests I may receive.
One of my many jobs is to database and archive as much info
on original source documents for Carnahan research.

Subject: RE: [CARNAHAN-L] Family Bible found
Thanks Phil, yesterday I did some research on the LDS site
http://www.familysearch.com and found that all of the 13 births on the
"births" page of the bible were for John T Carnahan, therefore my Mary
Emily
Carnahan Morris was my link to this family bible. When I first looked
at
all
those births, I figured they were divided among the 4 boys, but I
should
have
known better.
Anyway, the original bible is in the care of my brother, if anyone else
would
like to have a copy of the data in the bible, some of the dates are a
wee
bit
different that the published dates, but on the whole, I'm happy to
share
what
I have with anyone.
