John,
I have some of your family on my family tree as well, down to Albert
Lunsford Carnahan. Obviously there are a lot of holes in there as well. I
also use Family Tree Maker and would be more than happy to share with you.
I have a lot of Carnahan information.
Your James Carnahan is a brother to my Hugh Carnahan, both sons of Andrew
Carnahan.
I can try to burn a CD with my Carnahan information for you. Though I have
not always been that successful with this, but I will figure out a way.
Just let me know your address so that I can mail it to you.
John Fahland

John:
Thanks for the inquiry. I am building my information and using Family
Tree
Maker and would be happy to share information with you. Is the same
Andrew
that you have? I have Hugh in my database but had not connected him
to
this
Andrew.
Here's is the condensed version of my Andrew line:
1. Andrew (1762-1839) (Born in Baltimore)
2. James (Jimmie) (1786-???)
3. Burton L. (1815-1892)
4. James Calvin (JC) (1841-1925) (Born in Rutherford County, TN)
5. Albert Lunsford (AL) (1866-1949)
6. Wiley Burton (1899-1970)
7. Wiley Burton, Jr. (1926-1978)
8. John Burton (1949-)
The bible dates back to the early 1900s and belonged to my great
grandfather, AL. I have some photos of AL and my grandfather with his
siblings but nothing any earlier. I was born in Murfreesboro (Rutherford
County), TN and moved to Minnesota with my family when I was 13 years old.
Thanks,
John

John,
I am a direct descendant of Andrew Carnahan through his son Hugh. Is this
your line. I think it is really neat that you have an old family bible.
How old is it? Looking forward to your sharing what you have when you are
ready.
