Hi All,
For any of you who have family traced to Oregon state, see the message below to obtain
copies of some documents from the
Oregon State Archives, at a very reasonable price.

The URL for the Oregon State Archives is as follows:
http://arcweb.sos.state.or.us/
If it comes thru in blue, you can just double
click on it and your browser will take you
there. Click on the word "Genealogy" on the
list on the left side and it will take you to a page
that has a website indicator as follows:
Search Genealogical Information Locator
Click on this site and a search program will come up.
Put CARNAHAN in the name spot and you should come
up with 15 listings. You can track thru these and if
you want order copies of any documents for $.25 per
page plus postage. They will bill you so you can send
in an e-mail request to:
reference.archives(a)state.or.us
I didn't have sufficient familiarity with the CARNAHAN
family to know if any of these would be of interest to
you. If you have any trouble getting the documents
let me know and I'll order them for you and you can
pay me what they cost, assuming it's more than $.58!
Hope this helps.
