I am also looking for information on this family. My GGrandfathers sister, Lavina Schriner, married Peters oldest son Isaac in 1875. I also have my GGrandfathers brother, John Schriner, living with Peter and family, in the 1870 Indiana Census in White Co. John was only 9 years old at the time.
Would you have any information on this Schriner (also spelled Schreiner)/ Carnahan connection?

I believe that John Schriner is the brother of my GGrandfather. Their sister Lavina Schriner, married Isaac Carnahan, Peters oldest son, in 1875.
I would like to know if anyone has information on this Schriner (also spelled Schreiner)/ Carnahan connection. Anything would be helpful!
Thank you in advance!

Thomas Carnochan (b 1866 Scotland) married Mary McDowell (b. Ireland). They had 3 children that we know of:
Helen Carnochan b. 1899 Ardrossan, Scotland
Thomas Carnochan
Jemima Carnochan or McDowell
This family immigrated to Canada around 1910.
Am interested in determining if Thomas & Mary had other children. Would also appreciate census or other pertinent lookups from Scottish records.
Many thanks!
