Hello John
Can't answer your question re the marriage but I think the grandmother
is transcribed as Ann Myregg and I think it might have been the census
taker's way of spelling Meyrick .
I haven't looked into it further but that might give you a clue.
Cheers
Pat

Hello List members,
This is my first posting to the list.
I am trying to find the name of the husband of Ann Howells who was shown as a
widow on the 1861 census at Bola Hoil Llanelly.
She is shown on the census with her son David Howells aged 7 and also with her
Grandmother Ann Myugg and brother William Myugg.
Not sure if the name Myugg is correct.
I have found a potential marriage on Free BMD of David Howells to Ann Maning
December qtr 1853
Would anybody have access to marriage records to check if the couple were living
at Bola Hoil, or suggest anything to help.
I know I could buy this wedding certificate but am trying to make sure I have
the correct couple before doing so.
Many thanks
John
