Greetings
Is there anybody who has access to the 1891 census who could look for Mary PETERS, age
about 13, probably in Llandilo please?
In 1881 she was 3 and was living with her parents William and Mary PETERS at 35 New Road,
Llandilo. William was a skinner!! (was that another name for a butcher?)
In 1901 she was boarding with William and Eliza DAVIES in Tenby and working as a
dressmaker. Eliza, my wife's gt grandmother, was formerly Eliza HARRIES who was born
in the Llandilo area, possibly Golden Grove. Was there a family link between her and
Mary?
I would be very pleased to hear from anyone with any connection to these families.
Best wishes, Ted White, Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
