Dear Pauline & Faith,
I'm always so amazed at how fast you all are in responding to queries.
Thank you so much for your time. Faith, I did go to the Kidwelly site
and found a wonderful history of the area complete with pictures. Most
of the records Jeff Mansel has that I could find were of his family but
there may be a marriage between a Mansel and a Eynon that I need to try
to connect. I am going to write to him at his private E-mail address to
get more information.
Pauline, I'm sure the marriage date you sent me is my family and now I
have Catherine's maiden name which I didn't have before. You're a
wonder. My next quest will be to push back another generation and try
to find her parents and her husband's parents.
By the way, our library in Idaho Falls has the third of the trilogy by
Alexander Cordell you all have been talking about but not the first two.
Is it possible to enjoy the last book without reading the first two
beforehand? I'll have to look around to see if I can find the others.
I love to read historical novels--especially of an area I have a
connection to.
Rhea
