The 1881 Census has a Richard Williams, b.c 1859 at Llanegwad, which might
seem relevant. The census return does not, of course, contain any details of
his parents or siblings, so can only surmise he is the one you are looking for
because of location. It looks as if, possibly, an unmarried sister might have
been visiting on the date of census, though.
The Census throws up ten Richard Williams' born between 1852 and 1859 with a
Carmarthenshire connection. Please let me know if you require the rest.
