Hi Pat. willl send details as given . However I asked for the certificate
that related to correct birth dates ie 1834 Groom and 1838 for Bride,
Marriage December 1867 Neath District .This from FREE BMD.
Neath sent return of post but with ages 3 years out for groom , could be,
but 10 years out for Bride which seems strange I asked about this and was
told that was the only Dec. 1867 marriage and couples frequently gave wrong
ages . But as the only fixed detail has been from the 1881 census and
includes people I actually Knew in my life time and are accurate then it
sems likely the rest is accurate.including Lewis and Rachel's DATES OF BIRTH
Also the rest of the detail all seems wrong.
It would be good if it were correct but even the registry marriage seems odd
from family anecdotes. Unless they were run aways!!
Will send now after scanning. Have all singing all dancing Norton anti
virus. But if you don't want to open will type details.
Many thanks for continued help

Hello Sue
What are the details on Lewis and Rachel's marriage certificate.
Can you give me All including witness etc.
Particularly Lewis' father's name and occupation as he wasn't at home in
the 1841 census .
If I have his name I could possibly find the marriage to Martha.
Cheers
Pat
