Hi Pauline,
Thank you for the info on Titus. Is there
a DANIEL JONES, wife MARY, around the Kidwelly
area in 1841? I found him in the 1881 census in
LLANGENDEIRNE, occupation coal miner labourer.
Is this close to KIDWELLY. Hope I am not being
to much of a bother. Jones is not the easiest
name to trace.
Many thanks
Nan in Atlanta GA

Subject: [Cmn-L] 1841 Census Lookup
Hi Listers,
I am looking for a TITUS JONES -b- 1816 in Kidwelly.
He was a puddler. His father was DANIEL JONES, shown as
a labourer (possibly puddler?). Titus shows up in Glamorgan
in 1841; however he does not appear on any census there.
I am hoping perhaps he was still in CMN when the census was
taken. Any help on Titus or Daniel will be greatly appreciated.
Daniel was still living in 1851, possibly still in CMN.
Many Thanks
Nan Padgett
