Hello Pat
Incredible!! I had no idea that the place of birth could be Llandeilo Farm but it makes
sense.
I have information on a brother to Ann, (Family name Annie May, d 20 Oct 1869).
John could be the John listed as age 28 - just three years out - not an uncommon entry
error .
John Harries b Rhyd-y-briw, Is Clydach, Llywel,1821. Known also as John Harries,
Cwmwysg, vicar of Trellwny (Llywell). d 02.02.18, Officiating minister at his funeral
Rev.
David Parry. Do you think it possible to have been listed in a local Brecon paper.
Interesting is that Thomas Harris, h, is recorded as born CMN which ties in with
Ann's husband Thomas Stephen Thomas being born in CMN. and William Davies, servant,
also
being b CMN. This could lead to why and where my grandmother was "fostered" to a
relative
in Carmarthenshire. More on this later as it clouds the present issue.
Hope this makes sense and enables us to move forward - or backward.
Kindest regards Huw.
