I believe OPC means Official Parish Clerk. They have access to the
parish church records. Most parish churches have their own OPC. In Cornwall
where my mother's family comes from, I got most of my info. from them.

from Genuki to the screen.....
The parish church is called St Cwrda
What is OPC.......
