Subject: [CMN-L] Interests WILLIAMS and JONES of Llangendeirne
Very common surnames I know but worth a try......Anybody know
anything
about or interested in the following please:
* Thomas WILLIAMS (born c.1825, Llangendeirne), father William
WILLIAMS.
Who married 20th February 1846 in the parish church at Llangendeirne.
* Jemima JONES (born c.1825, Llangendeirne), father Morgan JONES
At the time of marriage their address is shown as Minke (or at least I
think that's what it says). Their life journey took them onwards to
Llannon, Llangynwyd, Dowlais(Merthyr) settling eventually near Porth in
the Rhondda Valley but they possibly left behind parents and siblings.
If anyone can tell me anything else about these ancestors or if you have
any information about Minke(?) and/or Llangendeirne, I would like to
hear from you.
Regards,
Jason
