Hello Pauline,
Thanks again for the info.. In the 1851 and 1861 census they have
different ages. Some of the children are right on,but John and Jane are way
off. Maybe if they were still alive in 1871 census that might tell which is
right.
Is there any way to find out where they are buried? would they be
buried at the parish church cemetery or is there a public cemetery in
LLandeilo Fawr?
Thanks loads for your help, Ron Rees

HI Ron
The information was from the parish registers as stated which is the
Parish Church of the parish......these were anglican churches ....as we
know them Church of England.......
How old were John and Jane in the census do you have that information....
Is this their marrige....
1833 1st November Llandeilo fawr parish church
John Rees and Jane Rees
Remember pre 1837 all marriages had to take place in the parish church...
If you want to find out a maiden name for the mother to make sure you have
the correct family it is always worth purchasing a birth certificate for
one of the children.....after 1837 of course
Pauline
