Yvonne,
Thank you so much for the contact information for Mr. Davies. I will
definitely be getting in touch prior to our visit. My cousin and I are so
looking forward to this research visit as it's been a long time since we
have uncovered additional details and we think maybe our luck is in this
time, thanks to you and Pauline.
We won't be visiting until the middle of March (if all goes well and my dog
sitter returns from his holiday on schedule) and I will definitely keep you
in the loop of how things work out.
Again, many thanks...
Diane

Diane,
Sorry again for delay in getting back to you (I'm away a few days a
eek) -
have just found a scrappy note which may be the direct number and name of
the
man in charge of the cemetery ( when I was spending regular time on my
family history I'd definitely have remembered if it was him or not but
unfortunately for quite a while it's been as and when I've got time - and
memory
fades!). If you want to try it it's Phillip Davies 01267 228706 and it's
definitely
worth ringing first - he'll do his best to arrange to meet you. If not
ring
the Civic Hall number and they'll give you the one for Lime Grove.
Apart from the old graves from St. Peter's there are what seems to be
hundreds more - few of them mine unfortunately!
Glad to be of help,
Yvonne
