If you look at William Moss in 1841 census, he states NOT born in county....

Yes thank you I do think they belong to me. It is very nice to see
the name Frances which all adds to my feeling that I have the correct
family. I just need to find out where William Moss 1770 married Ann.
It is not in Carmarthenshire, well I cannot find it there!. Unless it is
that very early one that you spoke about. I also need to find out where
William Moss was born - in 1822 he was an auctioneer in Guildhall Square.
I need to do some serious searching
