Greetings Chris,
Do you have any brothers and/or sisters for William Morris? My Morris
relations lived in Llanelly and then moved to Cwmavon in Glamorganshire
around the same time-frame. Just a thought that they could potentially be
related. George Morris and Elizabeth (Howell) are my gggGrandparents and
the ones that moved.
Please let me know if this fits anything you might have on William.
THanks!
Thomas

Hi Pauline,
Thank you so much for looking. William is shown in a household of a
RICHARD family in Cwmdu, Maesteg, all born out of county. David RICHARD
is an
iron weigher and is shown with wife and 4 children. It looks like William
was a
lodger or boarder. It may be that his parents/family are in Glamorgan; I
hadn't thought of that although as John MORRIS is given as a collier on
the
certificate this is a possibility.
Thanks again for your efforts to find something.
Regards,
Chris
