Mike
just a thought.....if this John Owen was born in say 1777 and Anne
Cadwallader was born 1776.....this would rule them out as being the parents
of your family thus not the marriage, so it would be the one in
1817.........I cannot see this John in 1841 census, but can see an Ann aged
70 years ...........could be her.........
what do you think.....elimination or what, I still cannot locate another
John Owen, unless he married young and he is the one born in 1801.........if
his marriage entry had stated minor I would have added that to the
index.....
Unless I am out entirely.....it has been known!!

Mike
I have looked for earlier ones.....cannot see a John Owen in the year you
require
1774 John Owen father Richard
1777 John Owen father John
1801 8th Mary John Owen son of William and Elizabeth born 18th April
no others inbetween these years.......
I looked for an Ann Thomas late 1770's far too many, lots with father
named
John.....
only one Anne Cadwallader I found but again as John above looks too early
for them
1776 21 July Anne Cadwalader dau of John......
When did they die, what were their ages.......
Carmarthen is a very large parish, divided up into 3 parishes.....
Carmarthen St Peters
Carmarthen St Davids
Llanllwch
you can google Spilman Street and St Peters Street.....both still
exist......
can I look anywhere else for you....
