Hi David
It seems as if your mailings are not coming direct to the list, although you
are posting them there, will have to unsub and then subscribe you again
.....
I will also send this email to the members list, to see if they can assist
you in any way, are we correct in saying that Wern Cottage has been talked
about in the past, and we said it was in the tramline area of Burry
Port......and if they have a camera and time to help you.
Glad that I could help with the burials......you can have a days free
viewing of Ukgenealogy if you wish......go to
http://www.uk-genealogy-online.com
you can then ask for a days viewing, so much of Burry Port there.....
regards Pauline

Subject: anybody handy with a digital camera in Burry Port?
Greetings all,
My Grandmother was born at Wern Cottage, Burry Port in 1895.
Her Father and Mother are buried at Jerusalem Chapel, Achddu - Thomas
STREETER - May 25, 1913, and Mary Jane STREETER - April 24, 1943.
I would love to be able to come and see this for myself, but travel from
Canada to Wales is not feasible at this time. Could someone in their
travels take a moment to photograph a) Wern Cottage and b) the
headstone(s)
of Thomas and Mary Jane STREETER in the Jerusalem Chapel cemetery? I
found
a lovely shot of the Chapel after looking in Google.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in the
meantime...
David Wightmore, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
