Hi Fiona,
I have the 1881 UK census on CD and will be happy to look up something
for you - BUT
there are in Carmarthenshire in 1881
913 Tom Davies
and 1704 Mary Davies
SO
if you can give me a little bit more information so that I can identify
the more likely candidates - such as
Do you have the name of a town or village?
Do you have any idea of their possible ages in 1881?
Do you know Mary's maiden name in case they were not married by 1881?
or the names of anyone one else in either family.
or any other bit of info no matter how small or seemingly unimportant -
may just give me a clue.
Bye for now
Happy 2000!
Pat

Has anyone access to the 1881 Census (or 1891 Census) for
Carmarthenshire?
I am trying to find two married people called Tom DAVIES and Mary DAVIES I
don't know if they were married by 1881 or 1891. I know one child was born
in 1899.
Can anyone help?
