I did the same by accident on one email (I presume you mean
ALUN883(a)aol.com). As long as you haven't clicked any links, or downloaded anything
you
should be ok. I ran a scan on my pc with my antivirus software and all was
ok.
I'm in IT and should've known better, but I was in a hurry and accidentally
clicked one email, which was blank. However, depending on the
sophistication of the hacker, it could've sent him/her my email address, hence why I
got knocked off 2 lists. But it's obvious he must've got into the lists
first to get hold of our email addresses - fingers crossed.
