Hi, Maureen,
I got your message and Tuesday I'll go into the Family History Center to
look on the Carmarthen St Peter's films. Until Tuesday the FHC is closed.
I am sure I can't find their marriage, however, as the records I have do not
go up to 1828. Hopefully, I can find the 1809 christening of James and
perhaps the
1814 christening of Mary. Whatever I can find I'll send to you.
Good luck.

I would be very grateful if you could look up the marriage of James
Rice
in
about 1828
His first son was 12 in the 1841 census in Merthyr Tydfil. I think his
Wife's
name may have been Margaret
Thankyou
