I think the family you outlined is the one below. One or two things are
different or missing but there are so many things that fit that the chances
are that they are the same family. Pemboyr can be read as Penboyr. Porth is
a farm outside the town/village of Brongwyn which is in Cardiganshire and a
couple of miles north-west of Newcastle Emlyn.
